Jimmie began his residential real estate career in 2009 and remains dedicated to serving the members of the Alamance and Guilford County communities. In 2009, Jimmie became associated with Keller Williams Realty. In 2011 Jimmie attended what Keller Williams Realty calls BOLD training where his career then took off. The primary focus of BOLD training is to teach an agent how to seek business.

Jimmie also realized the market will continue to have distressed property sales for many years to come. In an effort to better serve his buyers and sellers Jimmie became a certified distressed property expert. CDPE have the skills and knowledge to provide homeowners who are facing foreclosure with alternatives besides having their property foreclosed. Jimmie has worked with numerous homeowners in the Alamance County area to prevent them from going into foreclosure. The short sale process isn’t for the inexperienced real estate agent, there is too much at stake for the property owners. Jimmie also works with asset managers of large banks to manage assets for them. From BPO to rekeying, trash out and resale of property.  These properties can be demanding but they force you to have good processes in place in order to handle multiple bank owned properties.

Jimmies experience ranges from HUD homes, working with buyers and sellers on a traditional re sale, short sales, and bank owned properties.

Jimmie closed 52 units in 2011 which is the highest number of closed units in his office. Jimmie is looking to double that number in 2012
